Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, or Social Studies
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student needs and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our interactive digital platform to create engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate with our academic team to address learning gaps and adjust teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience with proven student achievement
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English, or Social Studies)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and educational technology
- Washington State teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
