Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Utilize our proprietary virtual whiteboard and learning management system to deliver dynamic lessons.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents to track progress and ensure mastery.
- Prepare customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and inclusive virtual learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students via chat, audio, and video tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in the subject matter or related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
