Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track progress through our digital assessment tools and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student milestones
- Utilize multimedia resources to create engaging, subject-specific lessons
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with our curriculum team to refine teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years verified tutoring/teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Washington State residency required for local student assignments
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Cleared background check and teaching certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and tech-savvy demeanor
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings (PST)
