Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Assess student learning needs and adapt teaching methodologies for diverse learning styles
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Oklahoma state standards and curriculum goals
- Provide detailed progress reports and constructive feedback to parents and students
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual instruction
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student challenges and optimize learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Minimum 2 years of K-12 teaching/tutoring experience
- Proven ability to engage students in virtual environments
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma's PASS standards and curriculum frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
