Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create dynamic, interactive lessons
- Provide detailed progress reports and constructive feedback to students and parents
- Monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning challenges
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proven expertise in at least two core academic subjects
- Strong command of virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- State teaching certification or equivalent credential
