Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, ELA, Science, History)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with Tulsa Public Schools curriculum standards
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, gamification) to enhance learning
- Monitor student progress and provide actionable feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with Tulsa-based academic advisors to address student needs
- Maintain detailed session records and achievement metrics
- Participate in monthly virtual tutor training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years teaching/tutoring experience (online experience strongly preferred)
- Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, Prodigy)
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated student engagement abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup

- Ability to work evenings/weekends (flexible scheduling)
