Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Instruction: Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions via our secure online platform.
- Curriculum Management: Utilize provided lesson plans and educational resources to guide students through complex topics.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback to track progress.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment to boost student confidence and participation.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with parents/guardians regarding student updates and needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Ensure a stable internet connection and troubleshoot minor technical issues during sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the subject matter or a related field is preferred; high school diploma with strong subject expertise may be considered for specific subjects.
- Experience: Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Reliability: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
