Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual instruction in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize interactive digital tools to enhance engagement and comprehension
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Minimum 2 years of K-12 teaching/tutoring experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts

- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (flexible scheduling)
