Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in math, science, language arts, and standardized test prep
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards and student learning objectives
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Maintain accurate session records and documentation in our learning management system
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching materials and methodologies
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and peer training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years of classroom or remote tutoring experience with K-12 students
- Proven ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning styles
- Exceptional communication skills and tech proficiency with virtual platforms
- Background check and child safety clearance required
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
