- Provide detailed feedback and progress reports to students and parents
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to address learning gaps
- Utilize digital tools for interactive learning simulations and assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Kansas teaching certification or equivalent (if applicable)
