- Monitor student progress closely and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and professional communication channels with students and parents to discuss curriculum, assignments, and performance metrics.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning needs, including students with special requirements.
- Utilize educational technology tools to enhance the learning experience and keep students engaged.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter or equivalent teaching/tutoring experience.
- Strong proficiency in English and basic to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in online tutoring or classroom teaching is highly preferred but not required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
