Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with Texas education standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators
- Utilize digital tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for engaging sessions
- Participate in weekly team meetings and professional development
- Maintain accurate session documentation and billing records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or teaching experience
- Texas teaching certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms and digital tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
