Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning styles
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual instruction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of formal teaching or tutoring experience
- Proven expertise in core academic subjects (K-12 or college level)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to connect virtually
- Strong technology proficiency with digital tutoring platforms
- State teaching certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Unwavering patience and ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
- Background check clearance required
