Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for engaging sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in at least 2 core academic subjects
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms and digital tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Omaha, NE residency preferred (not required but preferred)
