Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 online tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring/teaching experience (online preferred)
- Strong subject matter expertise in K-12 curriculum
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- CA teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
