Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Math, Science, ELA, and test prep
- Adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and individual student needs
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless lesson delivery and progress tracking
- Provide detailed feedback to students and parents on academic progress
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to develop personalized learning plans
- Maintain accurate session records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Florida teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years of virtual or in-person teaching/tutoring experience
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools and educational technology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage remote learners
- Deep knowledge of Florida State Standards and curriculum
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance (required)
- Availability for weekday evenings and weekend sessions
