Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in Math, Science, English, or History
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Georgia curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress through our digital assessment tools
- Communicate effectively with parents and school coordinators
- Utilize interactive whiteboards and multimedia resources during sessions
- Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Georgia teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong knowledge of Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for evening and weekend sessions (6 PM - 9 PM ET)
