Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum (Math, Science, English, or SAT/ACT prep)
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners
