Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Colorado state standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports to parents/clients
- Utilize multimedia tools to create dynamic, interactive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session logs and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student needs and optimize learning outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies and subject expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
