Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA) and test prep
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with California state standards and student learning objectives
- Provide constructive feedback and progress tracking to students and parents
- Utilize our digital platform for scheduling, resource sharing, and session management
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate student progress to academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or relevant subject field
- CA teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience (2+ years preferred)
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum and standardized testing (SAT/ACT)
