Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless lesson delivery and progress tracking
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies to boost student performance
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to monitor student growth
- Maintain detailed session records and achievement portfolios

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of proven tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and online learning platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Valid Nevada teaching license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
