Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents/educators
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, screen sharing) for dynamic instruction
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators
- Stay updated on teaching methodologies and subject matter advancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 or college level)
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms and digital learning tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core areas (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Must reside in Louisville, KY or immediate surrounding area
