Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student needs and curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our digital platform and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and challenges
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create dynamic, interactive learning experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies and subject expertise
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (virtual experience highly valued)
- WI teaching certification or equivalent academic credentials
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Strong subject matter expertise in K-12 curriculum
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Background check clearance required
