Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with state standards and student needs
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for real-time collaboration and progress tracking
- Provide detailed feedback and progress reports to parents and academic advisors
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student achievement records
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- WI teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise (required)
- 2+ years of K-12 tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and reliable internet connection
