Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Create personalized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or teaching experience

- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Valid Minnesota teaching license preferred
