Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize our interactive digital platform (video, whiteboard, screen sharing) to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to address concerns and celebrate achievements
- Collaborate with academic advisors to refine teaching strategies based on student feedback
- Stay updated on educational methodologies and subject-specific advancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proven expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
