Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and academic coordinators
- Utilize our proprietary digital platform for seamless lesson delivery and resource sharing
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies and subject expertise
- Maintain accurate student records and session documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 or college preferred)
