Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via Zoom and our proprietary platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Seattle Public Schools curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our LMS and provide detailed feedback to parents/teachers
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations) to enhance remote learning
- Collaborate with Seattle-based education specialists to address student needs
- Maintain 95%+ session attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years verified tutoring/teaching experience with Seattle-area students
- Expertise in K-12 Math, Science, or English curriculum
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Washington State Teaching Certification (or in-process)
