- Create personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and pace.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging online presence.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload resources and grades.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
