Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning platform.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each student's unique learning style and academic needs.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and constructive feedback sessions.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive virtual learning environment to keep students motivated.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and upcoming goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus).
- US residency is mandatory for this remote position.
- Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online learning tools and video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Patient, empathetic, and capable of motivating students who may be struggling academically.
