Responsibilities
- Del engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with state standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize multimedia tools to create dynamic, interactive lessons
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- VA teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Minimum 2 years experience in K-12 education or tutoring
