Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning platform.
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and skill building in specific subjects.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure academic improvement.
- Prepare personalized lesson plans and educational materials tailored to individual student needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and upcoming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Education, English, Math, Science, or related fields preferred).
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Strong internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts clearly and adapt teaching styles to different learning speeds.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.
