Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 virtual instruction in Math, Science, English, or History
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with DC curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual sessions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
