Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our platform
- Customize lesson plans to meet individual student learning styles and goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/caregivers
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, screen sharing) for dynamic lessons
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to address student challenges
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring, teaching, or instructional experience
- Proven expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and digital literacy
- State teaching certification preferred but not required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
