Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning management system.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to individual student learning styles and pace.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and performance reviews.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging online presence during all sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the evolving needs of diverse student demographics.
- Stay updated on subject matter and educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; equivalent teaching experience will be considered.
- Strong proficiency in the specific subject area(s) you wish to tutor (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Biology, Chemistry, English, History).
- Experience with online teaching tools or video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas) is a plus.
