Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our secure, interactive learning platform.
- Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, learning styles, and curriculum requirements.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and constructive feedback sessions to ensure mastery of concepts.
- Utilize digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and multimedia tools to create a dynamic and visual learning experience.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and parents/guardians regarding academic goals and performance updates.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and quality assurance standards during every session.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject you wish to tutor (e.g., Math, Science, English), or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Strong command of the subject matter with the ability to break down complex topics into understandable segments.
