Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across K-12 subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize interactive digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom) for dynamic sessions
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Collaborate with parents and academic coordinators on student development
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (virtual experience highly valued)
- Kansas teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Proficiency with digital learning tools and video conferencing
- Exceptional communication skills with students and parents
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
