Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions via our secure online platform.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles and needs of individual students.
- Prepare lesson plans, quizzes, and study guides tailored to the curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure academic growth.
- Maintain open and clear communication with students and parents/guardians regarding performance and goals.
- Stay updated on best practices in remote education and tutoring techniques.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, the subject you wish to tutor, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with video conferencing tools and learning management systems.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
