Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to each student's learning style and pace.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student goals.
- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and complex problem-solving in your subject of expertise.
- Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to students and parents to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a professional online presence and utilize virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) effectively.
- Collaborate with our educational team to refine teaching strategies and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (e.g., Math, English, Science, History).
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Passion for helping students overcome academic challenges and achieve their potential.
- Availability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
