Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.

Qualifications
