Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Manage CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining authentic customer relationships
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed knowledge bases and training materials
- Participate in bi-weekly remote team syncs and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work Mountain Time Zone hours (9 AM - 1 PM)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred
- Spanish language fluency a plus
