- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document support cases in CRM system with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and maintenance
- Monitor support ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
