- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues using our CRM system
- Collaborate with Omaha-based teams to escalate complex cases
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Maintain accurate case records and follow HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Participate in bi-weekly team syncs (remote via Zoom)
- Support seasonal demand spikes with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available 20-25 hours/week with rotating weekend shifts
- Omaha metro area residency preferred
