Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and software installations.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist diverse user needs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support tiers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
