Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches) to identify and screen potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment pipeline, from sourcing to scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skill requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in technical recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition (1-3 years preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must reside within or willing to work in Georgia, USA.
