Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to clients via chat and email with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols regarding remote work.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
