Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through digital channels and warm referrals
- Present our SaaS solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average deal value $8K-$15K
- Manage CRM pipeline and maintain 95% data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/software preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with remote work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
