As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients in the tech and SaaS sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track interactions and forecast sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable internet.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
