Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential B2B clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective outreach campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, B2B sales, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high motivation considered).
- Must reside in the Cincinnati, OH area.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
