Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and virtual consultations with potential residential clients in the Houston area.
- Utilize provided CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and update customer records accurately.
- Present and demonstrate our product suite (security systems, smart home tech) via video calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must reside within the Houston, TX area (or willing to commute to our Houston HQ for training).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and achieving financial targets.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tabs and software applications simultaneously.
- A quiet home office environment suitable for professional calls.
